I started BuyOrSwipe because I kept finding the same product on AliExpress for half the price every time I bought a “premium” gadget on Amazon — and there was no honest place that did the legwork to verify it was actually the same product. BuyOrSwipe runs every comparison through spec matching, image similarity (CLIP), and LLM verification before publishing. I read every flagged match by hand. Then we tell you straight: buy or swipe.

What this site does

We find products mentioned on YouTube reviews, search AliExpress for matching listings, score the visual and spec similarity, ask Claude to verify the match, and publish the pick if it passes our threshold. Every page links to the methodology and shows a “Verified by BuyOrSwipe methodology vN on YYYY-MM-DD” stamp.

What we won’t do

We won’t publish a pick that fails our matching threshold. We won’t pretend a product is the same when it isn’t — every page has a “Where they actually differ” section. We won’t use fake urgency or fake stock counters. We earn affiliate commission when you buy through our links — we disclose this on every page.
